1. Squash the tissue sampie such as 1 strip of gill, 1 walking leg or
1 swimmeret (from shrimp with 15-20 gram body weight) in 0.3 ml buffer
provided in the microcentrifuge with pestle.
2. Withdraw 0.15-0.2 ml (6-8 drops) of the supernatant and slowly apply into
the sample well, read the result at 15-30 min.
